Please read these policies!<\/h3>\n

Not all items shown in the images are included in the packages.<\/span> Please check the list of items that are included in your package before placing your order.<\/p>\n

Please make sure you have the space available for the size of tent listed in your package.<\/span> If the space is not adequate an extra charge will be added for the tent change.<\/p>\n

We offer a marquee space measurement service at an additional cost once you have booked your event with us.<\/p>\n

The marquee has space for tables and chairs only included in the package<\/strong>, it does not have extra space for additional tables or areas e.g. dance area, head table, sweets table, bride and groom table, however you can upgrade the size of the marquee for an extra charge.<\/strong><\/span> The top and walls of the tent are made of white canvas. We then cover them with fabric curtains.<\/p>\n

Once the deposit is received we can schedule a 30 minute demo session.<\/p>\n

Customization of each design or fabric color is available upon request, this customization should be done 3 – 4 weeks in advance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Package price is for 1 day rental only.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customization of set up and dismantling of tables, chairs, table linen, tableware, delivery and collection are not included in the package price, the price includes one time set up and dismantling of the marquee only.<\/p>\n

These packages are designed for a garden event<\/strong>
\nThe tent will be set up 1 or 2 days before the event and will be taken down 1 or 2 days after the event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Substitution policy<\/h3>\n

It is possible that in some cases the images may not accurately reflect the original design of the package<\/strong>, as some items may not be available due to weather, season or market conditions, instead they are substituted with available items.<\/p>\n

If the tent measures 18 feet x 20 feet, a minimum space of 22 feet x 24 feet is required, meaning an additional 4 feet beyond the tent size.<\/p>\n
