Terms & Conditions
Service Discretion:
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if the specified Terms & Conditions are not met.
Rental Minimum:
For venue orders, delivery will be fulfilled if the total cost of rented items, excluding delivery fees and labor, equals or exceeds $2,500.00.
Local Gardena Home Residence Orders:
Delivery is available for Local Gardena Home Residence orders when the total cost of rented items, excluding delivery fees and labor, is at least $500.00.
Warehouse Self Pick-Up Orders:
For Warehouse Self Pick-Up orders, pick-up is allowed when the total cost of rented items, excluding the security deposit and handling fee, is at least $100.00.
City & Venue Minimums:
Minimum order requirements vary for each city and venue. Please contact us directly to inquire about the specific minimum for your city and venue.
Deposits, Confirmations, and Cancellations
To secure your event, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, Cardholder selfie with I.D, and Credit Card are REQUIRED. The remaining balance is due ten (10) business days before installation/delivery. Failure to pay the balance in full by this deadline grants us the right to cancel your order, with NO REFUND given. In the event of cancellation, ANY payment left on an order is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of circumstances.
Cancellation is not allowed on custom/special items, including specialty cut linens and items requiring manufacturing, sub-renting, or purchase. Add-ons are permitted up to ten (10) business days before the event, with a 50% restocking fee for each canceled item. No credit will be given for unused items.
All prices and availability are subject to change unless the order is confirmed and reserved. Security deposits are refunded once all items are returned without loss or damage. Security deposits do not cover the total cost, and additional fees may apply. The client is responsible for all costs of lost/damaged items not covered by the security deposit. Security deposit refunds will be returned to the card used for payment within 8-10 business days, while Zelle security deposits are refunded within 4-5 business days.
Deposit Requirement:
If no deposit is placed on your invoice, no order is confirmed. We do not hold items without a deposit.
Delivery and Pickup.
Window Time Ground Delivery & Pick-Up:
Delivery is scheduled for up to 1-3 days before the event, and pick-up is scheduled for up to 1-3 days after the event. This comes with 8-12 hour delivery/pick-up windows. We will call ONE (1) DAY BEFORE OR 2-4 hours prior to delivery & pick-up. The client agrees to be available and flexible for delivery up to 1-3 days before the event and pick-up up to 1-3 days after the event. The client or a designated person must be present for the ENTIRE delivery window. The client permits us to schedule their order as we see fit. All items will be delivered and picked up at a designated location.
Venue Ground Level Delivery & Pick-Up:
Delivery the day before the event or the morning of the event, with pick-up scheduled the day after the event or late at night. The customer is responsible for providing access to the venue for 4-5 hours before the event start time and 3-4 hours for pick-up, unless agreed upon otherwise depending on the items rented.
Ground Level Delivery & Pick-Up:
Delivery to a ground-level location on a flat, hard surface, within twenty-five (25) feet of the nearest loading area with no steps or obstructions.
Difficult Access Delivery & Pick-Up:
Conditions that incur additional labor costs, including, but not limited to: - Deliveries impeded by stairs, elevators, steep or uneven surfaces, uphill, downhill, standing water, mud, or soft surfaces like sand and loose gravel.
Specific Time Delivery & Pick-Up:
1-hour window deliveries and pickups can be arranged for additional charges. Extra-rushed deliveries & pick-ups are available upon request. Same-day and/or late evening pickups can be arranged for additional charges. Specific time window deliveries & pick-ups do not guarantee a specific arrival time but ensure a specific time frame window of arrival. Delays may occur due to traffic or emergencies.
Delivery NOT Available for parks or apartment buildings:
We reserve the right to charge additional fees at delivery if the client did not disclose difficult access delivery details to us.
Large Delivery Trucks:
Our delivery trucks can be quite large, so please ensure that your venue/home residence is accessible to them.
Invoices and Window Time:
All invoices are considered window time unless stated otherwise on the invoice. The client agrees to these terms & conditions when booking with us.
RETURN POLICY.
Return of Rental Items:
All rental items must be delivered and picked up on the date and time specified on the invoice. Failure to return items on the specified date or time will result in a charge equivalent to half of the total balance for each day the rental items are retained.
At the termination of this agreement, the customer is obligated to return all rental items to Blossom Event & Party Rental in the condition as when initially delivered. The customer assumes liability for all damages to or loss of the equipment occurring because it was not returned.
If Blossom Event & Party Rental has agreed to deliver the equipment to the customer or pick up the equipment from the customer, the customer shall be responsible for all losses or damage to the equipment from the time of delivery to the customer until picked up by Blossom Event & Party Rental.
